This Cookie Notice explains which cookies and similar technologies the Service uses and how you can control them. Who we are and how we process personal data generally is described in the Privacy Notice.
1. About cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work (those we always use). Others, analytics and advertising, are used only where permitted and can be controlled by you.

Live chat
Signed-in customers get a live-chat button on the case dashboard, provided by tawk.to. It is not on our public pages, so you only meet it after you have an account.

Whatever you type into the chat is stored by tawk.to as part of the transcript, so please treat it like any message to support: do not paste full Social Security or card numbers into it. See the tawk.to Privacy Policy.

3. How to control cookies
- Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking the strictly-necessary cookies will prevent sign-in.
- Opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. General guidance at allaboutcookies.org.
- State privacy laws may give you an opt-out of targeted advertising: see Your rights in the Privacy Notice.
4. Updates
If we add or change cookies materially, we will update this notice.
